Edit per-publisher search settings (boost attributes, whitelists, templates, etc.). Stored in Redis at search:publisher_config:<engineKey>.

Server-only publisher guards the client can neither see nor change: a hard filter guard, an output-field allowlist, and a sort allowlist. Stored in Redis at recommender:internal_publisher_config:<engineKey>.

The direct-search-advertiser domain list (merchants we have a direct deal with — their products click through c.next2.io). Stored in Redis as a single domain-keyed map at recommender:direct_search_advertisers.
